1. RETURNS: We accept returns within 5-10 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed. To initiate a return, please contact us at bcm@bharatcarpet.com to obtain a return authorization.

2. REFUNDS: Once we receive the returned item, our inspection team will inspect it and process the refund within 7-15 business days, only if the product is undamaged, unused and in same condition when received. Moreover, you will be notified about the return and refund status either by email and the refund will be issued to the chosen method used for the refund.

3. Exchange: We do not offer any type of exchange, so if you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund, and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return item. We do not refund shipping charges unless the item was damaged or defective.

6. Cancellation before shipment If you need to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process the refund immediately. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, we encourage you to accept the delivery of the product and then initiate the return process.

7.Refunds Refunds will be issued in the chosen form of payment. It may take time for your refund to be processed, depending on your payment method. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
